Our Gym is equipped with:

• Freeweight area with dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs to 190 lbs

• Cardio area with treadmills, exercise bikes, and ellipticals

• Various machines and benches

• Olympic weightlifting room with blocks of varying heights, squat racks, jerk blocks, men and women Eleiko bars, Maverik bumper kilogram plates, and Eleiko metal plates

• Personal trainers are also available upon request
